My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were mostly spacious and clean, and I really loved the comfortable beds and pillows. It was also a quiet and relaxing environment. However, I faced some issues with the TV and phone not working, and it felt like the staff was not particularly interested in resolving these problems. Overall, the service was friendly, but it could definitely be more attentive, especially considering the price we paid.
